4-Ingredient Herbal Concoction

Sadhguru highlights this recipe as a time-tested remedy passed down by his grandmother. He suggests that during periods of viral infections or influenza outbreaks, consuming hot water with honey, turmeric, and either mint or coriander can be highly beneficial.

He advises drinking this concoction every three hours to prevent respiratory infections. These infections often begin in the throat before affecting the entire respiratory tract, and this drink can help combat that.

How to make: Add a little bit of honey, turmeric, and mint or coriander to hot water. Sip while hot.

Lemons are rich in Vitamin C, which helps stimulate the production of white blood cells, aiding the body in fighting infections.

How to make it:

  1. Boil 250 ml water.
  2. Add the juice of 1 lemon, 1 tsp honey, and 2 tbsp jaggery, palm jaggery, or coconut sugar.
  3. Stir well and consume while still hot.
